Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated systems, autonomous infrastructure)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate technological risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles across all initiatives
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for early-stage technology investments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
