Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for global market shifts through 2030
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation investments with long-term vision
- Curate FutureVision's annual 2026 Tech Forecast symposium
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and data scientists
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-readiness frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year transformational roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
