- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for 2026 challenges
- Author predictive whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholder engagement
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting future landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and track progress against benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, MBA, or related field
- Portfolio of published research on 2025+ technological or societal predictions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (preferred)
