Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural vision for emerging technologies, focusing on AI integration, cloud scalability, and data security.
- Identify market trends and disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for major tech initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, strategy, or consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and technology roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
