- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, data-driven strategic plan that aligns with company goals and market trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future Trends Analysis: Continuously monitor industry shifts, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to proactively adjust our strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize organizational resources and budgets to maximize ROI on long-term projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- KPI Management: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a tech-focused organization.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically and long-term, with a history of successfully executing high-level strategic plans.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Automation) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
