- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12+ concurrent projects

- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong P&L management experience with $3M+ budget oversight
