- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, tracking ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough innovations from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Strategic visioning capabilities with experience developing 5-10 year tech roadmaps
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
