Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
