Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate strategic initiatives and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or project management.
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
