Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Architect future-proof systems and processes for scalability beyond 2025
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation pods with $5M+ annual budgets
- Establish industry partnerships for 2026 technology adoption pilots
- Mentor futurist talent and develop next-gen foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling technologies post-2020 disruption cycles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and long-range forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder engagement at C-suite level
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence trends
