Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology impact framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging innovations against business objectives
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify and quantify disruptive risks/opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Build scenario models for 2026 market conditions and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or advanced degree in futures studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs from diverse disciplines (sociology, economics, engineering)
