Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using trend analysis, AI-driven forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for future-tech R&D
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and investor boards
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor threats
- Mentor future-tech talent in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience building innovation pipelines from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
