Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (metaverse, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption
- Manage $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Expertise in futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-oriented products/services
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or APF preferred)
