Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological inflection points, and socioeconomic shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for market leadership in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and business models
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions targeting 2026 markets
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate resilience technologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience translating complex scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
