Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and economics to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for global stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and future-labs to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate research
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise value
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
