Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop comprehensive trend reports and scenario models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with long-term strategic objectives
- Design and facilitate horizon-scanning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems, patent landscapes, and academic research for disruptive signals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists, academic partners, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech trajectories
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
