As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with industry disruptors, academic pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify and validate breakthrough opportunities. Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks to predict and prepare for future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive the integration of future-focused thinking across all organizational departments
- Represent the company at premier global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or strategic innovation domains
- Experience building and managing global networks of futurists and innovation experts
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
