Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author quarterly 'FutureBrief' reports with actionable recommendations for product roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and interaction models
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in trend synthesis and critical future analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate adaptation
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human-machine collaboration
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting complex scenarios to executive audiences and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into business strategy
- Fluency in English and at least one additional major language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
