Responsibilities
- Forecast industry disruptions and technological paradigms through quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Develop strategic blueprints for 2026 market opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and cultural shifts affecting long-term business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech planning
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
