Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on future market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-viable product concepts and service models
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or long-term forecasting
- Expertise in SWOT/PESTLE analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Track record of driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
