Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Build innovation pipelines with 18-24 month horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive boards and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
