- Author white papers and executive briefings on future-of-work transformations
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into long-term innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and climate resilience strategies affecting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or thought leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scenario-planning projects for 2026+ horizons
