Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks, analyzing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning Reports identifying disruptive forces in climate tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic initiatives
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other futurist think tanks
- Design and execute organizational resilience programs for technological singularity scenarios
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startup
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum machine learning, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience facilitating C-level scenario planning workshops
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from Association of Professional Futurists
