- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging paradigms (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Create 2026-specific innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate sustainability and growth objectives
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
