Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to forecast opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational priorities with future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and future-focused initiatives
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS) strongly preferred
