Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead the architecture design for next-gen machine learning models and neural networks.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Generative Models) and integrate them into current workflows.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products on aggressive timelines.
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives focused on long-term scalability.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and large language models.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and edge computing.
