- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in deploying LLMs and predictive analytics models.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of AI in the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects to market.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and regulatory compliance.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is highly preferred.
