Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with cross-functional teams in biotech and AI sectors
- Build quantitative forecasting models using Python and proprietary data pipelines
- Present insights at industry summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and anticipatory governance principles
- Advise product teams on 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for climate and neurotech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Expertise in analyzing exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published portfolio of trend analysis or scenario planning documents
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js) and statistical modeling
- Experience advising leadership on systemic risk and black swan events
- Deep knowledge of global sustainability frameworks (SDGs, Paris Agreement)
