Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports with quantitative and qualitative forecasting
- Advise leadership on long-term R&D priorities and market positioning
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, industry, and policy circles
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprise leadership teams
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
