Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems targeting 2026 commercial deployment milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm design and error correction optimization
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum supremacy in enterprise applications
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum integration
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of publishing top-tier quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-stakes R&D environments
- Demonstrated success securing government/industry research funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
