Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures targeting 2026 commercial viability

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography era
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum advantage in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability and coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
