Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 stable qubits
- Develop quantum error-correction algorithms achieving <0.1% logical error rates

- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and logistics applications
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, or quantum circuit design tools
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
