Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for reliable large-scale computations
- Present research findings at premier quantum computing conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and cryogenic systems
