Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography and AI optimization
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Present strategic quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
