Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000-qubit coherence by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware development or quantum algorithm design
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
