Responsibilities

- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks compatible with existing AI infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for quantum-AI integration projects
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Partner with DARPA and NASA on classified quantum security initiatives
- Develop patent-pending quantum neural network optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum/AI journals (h-index >30)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Experience managing quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
