Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals

- Proven track record leading R&D teams with 10+ direct reports
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance quantum computing hardware
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum security protocols
- Patents in quantum AI or related fields preferred
