- Collaborate with C-suite executives to transform strategic vision into actionable innovation pipelines
- Manage cross-functional teams from ideation to MVP launch of disruptive technologies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation blueprints to stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
