Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable computing) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs to track long-term technological adoption and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
