Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for climate resilience, quantum computing, and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, government bodies, and venture capital firms
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and Board of Directors for resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring the societal and economic impact of 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven experience leading complex R&D initiatives with multi-million dollar budgets
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Track record of launching products/services that achieved $100M+ market impact
