Responsibilities

- Prototype minimum viable innovations using agile methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting
- Strong background in agile prototyping and MVP development
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of 2026-focused innovation projects or publications
