Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assessing commercial viability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry leaders
- Oversee innovation portfolio management including budget allocation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in future-tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product development lifecycles
- Strong presentation skills with history of influencing executive decision-making
