- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Present foresight analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation portfolios with $10M+ annual budgets
- Establish industry partnerships for technology co-development and early adoption
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation management
