Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 3+ years focused on future-tech roadmapping
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
