- Identify emerging technologies (Web4, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and venture collaborations
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market disruption impact
- Present quarterly progress to the board with data-driven future scenario analysis
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab focused on 2026-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in future-casting methodologies
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive innovations launched in the past 5 years
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF)
- Experience securing $100M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology trends (Forbes/MIT Tech Review)
