- Facilitate cross-functional workshops for technology foresight and scenario planning
- Produce trend analysis reports and competitive intelligence for emerging markets
- Manage portfolio of experimental projects targeting 2026 commercial opportunities
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
