Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
