Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready organizational strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Innovation Management preferred
