Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and market trends for 2026+
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and evaluate disruptive concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation ROI through market analysis and scenario modeling
- Present visionary insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) a plus
