Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI ethics, climate tech, and human-machine interfaces
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
